How does bank transfer work?

When you place your order we show you our bank details and a payment reference, and email them to you. Make a SEPA transfer with that reference within the time shown on your order. We ship as soon as the money has arrived.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the destination and the bike. Ask us before you order and we will confirm the delivery time. When your bike ships we email you the carrier and the tracking number.

What's included with pre-owned bikes?

Every pre-owned bike is inspected and adjusted by our mechanics before it ships. The product page lists its condition and specification; ask us for more photos or details before you buy.

Can I return a bike?

Yes. Unused bikes in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us with your order number and we will explain the next steps.

We ship to every EU country, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. You choose the country at checkout.

Right now we accept bank transfer (SEPA) only. The bank details and your payment reference appear as soon as you place the order.

Both. New bikes are marked New; pre-owned bikes are marked Pre-owned and show the original new price for comparison. You can filter the catalogue by condition.

How do I know the bike fits?

Each product page lists the available sizes. If you are unsure, send us your height, inseam and the bike you ride now, and we will recommend a size.
