Shipping & returns
Where we ship, what it costs, how to follow your bike and how returns work.
Delivery
We ship to every EU country, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, with a tracked carrier. Delivery time depends on the destination; ask us before you order and we will confirm it.
Costs
Shipping is €30 per order and free on orders from €2,000. You see the cost in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT.
Tracking
When your bike ships we email you the carrier and the tracking number. You can also follow your order on the order status page or in your account.
Returns
Unused bikes in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, so we can arrange the return.
Refunds
Once the bike is back and inspected, we refund the amount to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
