What is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.
What is covered
Frames and components are covered against manufacturing defects under the legal guarantee that applies in your country. New bikes may also carry the manufacturer's own warranty, as set out in their documentation.
What is not covered
Normal wear (tyres, brake pads, chains, cassettes, bar tape), damage from accidents, crashes or misuse, incorrect assembly or maintenance, and changes made after delivery.
How to make a claim
Write to us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We assess the claim, coordinate with the manufacturer where needed, and tell you how the repair or replacement will happen.
